Flashing board is a traffic sign with a signalling twin lamp to be placed primarily inside towns to highlight critical places (e.g. pedestrian crossing, dangerous road curve).
- twin LED lamp ø200mm EN 12352 L8H
- lamps flashing in an asynchronous mode
- electronics automatically reduce lamp luminous intensity at night
- moreover, the electronics include reverse polarity protection and protect the battery from deep discharge
- 2m power supply cable
- traffic sign with the dimensions (WxH) 1000x1000mm (three brackets)
- the flashing board can be attached by standards brackets for traffic signs on a pole of at least ø60mm or via a "street light bracket" on the poles of public lighting by a steel band (not part of the delivery)
- examples of traffic signs on the flashing board of retroreflective sheeting (class RA1): Slippery road, Watch out for children, Tram, Pedestrian crossing (to be specified in the order)
- other dimensions (WxH) of the traffic sign are 1000x1500mm (six brackets), which enables to place additional boards with text (e.g. SCHOOL, WATCH OUT FOR CHILDREN)
- standard colour of the background of the board with the traffic sign is white, but can also be supplied with a fluorescent retroreflective sheeting
- power supply options are listed under Accessories: by a rectifier transformer, from street lighting or solar cells
